We specialize in custom apparel and garment printing. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Accuracy of Colors and Printing
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Due to the nature of custom garment printing, slight variations in color, graphic size, or placement may occur between the digital mockup and the final physical product.

4. Custom Orders and User Content
For products where you provide custom text, images, or designs to be printed, you agree that you own the rights to the content submitted. We reserve the right to refuse the printing of any garments that contain material we deem unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party’s intellectual property.

5. Return and Refund Policy
Because our apparel is custom-printed and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or customer errors in submitted designs.

Returns or replacements are only offered in the event of a manufacturing defect, a garment arriving damaged, or a clear error in the printing process on our end. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at wamfam@pinpals.net within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect.
