Refund policy

Because our apparel is custom-printed and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or customer errors in submitted designs.

Returns or replacements are only offered in the event of a manufacturing defect, a garment arriving damaged, or a clear error in the printing process on our end. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at wamfam@pinpals.net within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect.
